HUSA Logistics in Veendam operates a Tri-modal terminal (accessible by rail, road and water) and handles both containers and conventional cargo. HUSA Logistics provides a total logistics service for its clients. HUSA Logistics has four 900-metre-long tracks at the rail terminal, one of which is specifically for conventional rail transport. Our loading and unloading quay is suitable for CEMT class 5 vessels.
In addition to transport, loading and unloading facilities, HUSA Logistics also offers ample storage options for foodstuffs, project cargoes and classified goods. The warehouse of HUSA Logistics is the logistical link between producers and its factories. Goods waiting for further transit are stored in the warehouse with a total capacity of more than 70,000 m2.
More than 120,000 m2 is available for weatherproof goods that can be stored outside.
The warehouse is fully food and feed grade. Trucks can be loaded here for shipment to domestic or foreign destinations. The warehouse operates in close cooperation with the road transport departments of HUSA Logistics and other transport companies.
